Questo tirocinio prevede le seguenti attività:
approfondimento degli aspetti manageriali di un progetto di ricerca;
studio delle fasi che caratterizzano un progetto spaziale;
acquisizione di competenze di base sui documenti di standardizzazione usati nelle attività spaziali europee (ECSS e ISO);
uso degli strumenti di base per la pianificazione di un progetto.
L’obiettivo finale del tirocinio è la conoscenza di base della struttura manageriale di un progetto spaziale. Al termine del tirocinio, lo studente applicherà le conoscenze acquisite per pianificare un ipotetico progetto spaziale o una sua parte.
This internship includes the following activities:
in-depth study of the management aspects of a research project;
study of the phases of a space project;
basic knowledge of the standardisation documents used in European space activities (ECSS and ISO);
use of basic project planning tools.
The final goal of the internship is a basic understanding of the management structure of a space project. At the end of the internship, the student will apply the acquired knowledge to plan a hypothetical space project or part of one.
